Terms & Conditions Prohibited Items / Websites

The name TECHNO EDGE and the logo are registered trademarks which belong to and are owned by TECHNO EDGE. These trademarks may not be used in any manner whatsoever without prior written consent from TECHNO EDGE

DOMAIN REGISTRATION
  1. All domains purchased from Techno Edge will be managed by sole proprietor of  Techno Edge on behalf of its clients.
  2. The ownership of the domain resides with the client until the period of registration mentioned in the invoice which should be duly paid by Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, DD only.
  3. Changes to domain contact details and name servers will be done as per client requests only.
  4. Client will be responsible for the name of the domain and will also be responsible for any legal problems arising through it.
  5. Transfer out of domain to another vendor as per client requirement is allowed anytime subject to written request for the same and at-least 10 days prior domain expiry.
  6. Amount for Domains once registered cannot be refunded as per registrar policy
  7. While we protect your domains from hacking, hijacking and illegal transfer, but incase of such unforeseen event TECHNO EDGE will not be responsible for the same but will provide full technical support to recover the same under the law of Indian law enforcement agencies. The client will have to register a legal complaint to related authorities for the same.
  8. 1 week grace period will be given to renew any expired domain after which additional charges will be levied. Incase the  domain is not renewed further 2 weeks then restoration charges will be applied which will be 10x times the domain original cost. Further 1 week the domain will be deleted or taken hold by the registrar and nothing can be done from our side.
 WEBSITE DESIGNING AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
  1. TECHNO EDGE will design and create websites for its clients EXCEPT PROHIBITED  ITEMS  MENTIONED IN "HOSTING, EMAIL & TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PROHIBITED  ITEMS".
  2. We reserve the right to refuse to design or create website if we assume not appropriate for any reason even after we have taken part of full payment in advance. The payment shall be reversed to the same account within the period of 30 days of refusal. No interest will be payable.
  3. We will provide warranty against any bugs or errors in code for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of first invoice.
  4. While in development, designing process of website TECHNO EDGE in no event will be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, loss of profit, revenue, data incurred by you or third party.
  5. Incase the client disagrees, stalls further development of website or becomes unavailable without any reason for 30 days, the project shall be assumed complete and any advance or payment received will be non-refundable.
  6. Payments as advance for website designing and development projects are non refundable once the project has started.

 

 

  • SERVER HOSTING
    1. All hosting purchased through Techno Edge is governed by our "Hosting, Email Terms and Conditions & Prohibited items"
    2. TECHNO EDGE is a hosting service provider and Hosting is provided with a condition that in no event Techno Edge will be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, loss of profit, revenue, data incurred by you or third party.
    3. If required and requested by Indian law enforcement agencies we may Hold, Deactivate, Suspend your account till further notice.
    4. Incase of any violation of our hosting terms - TECHNO EDGE also reserves the right to Hold, Deactivate, Suspend your account till further notice.
    5. All payments to any type of server hosting is non-refundable.
    • HOSTING, EMAIL & TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PROHIBITED  ITEMS
  • You agree that you will not host pages, for information, or sell or take payments in connection with businesses, business activities or business practices, including but limited to the following:
    1. Adult goods and services which include pornography and other sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media), escort or prostitution services, website access and/or website memberships of pornography or illegal sites;
    2. Alcohol which includes alcohol or alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne etc.;
    3. Body parts which include organs or other body parts;
    4. Bulk marketing tools which include email lists, software, or other products enabling unsolicited email messages (spam);
    5. Cable descramblers and black boxes which include devices intended to obtain cable and satellite signals for free;
    6. Child pornography which includes pornographic materials involving minors;
    7. Copyright unlocking devices which include mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection;
    8. Copyrighted media which includes unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials;
    9. Copyrighted software which includes unauthorized copies of software, video games and other licensed or protected materials, including OEM or bundled software;
    10. Counterfeit and unauthorized goods which include replicas or imitations of designer goods, items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association, fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods;
    11. Drugs and drug paraphernalia which include illegal drugs and drug accessories, including herbal drugs like marijuana, salvia and magic mushrooms etc.;
    12. Drug test circumvention aids which include drug cleansing shakes, urine test additives, and related items;
    13. Endangered species which include plants, animals or other organisms (including product derivatives) in danger of extinction;
    14. Gaming/ gambling which include lottery tickets, sports bets, memberships/ enrolment in online gambling sites, and related content;
    15. Government IDs or documents which include fake IDs, passports, diplomas, and noble titles;
    16. Hacking and cracking materials which include manuals, how-to guides, information, or equipment enabling illegal access to software, servers, website, or other protected property;
    17. Illegal goods which include materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or enabling illegal acts;
    18. Miracle cures which include unsubstantiated cures, remedies or other items marketed as quick health fixes;
    19. Offensive goods which include literature, products or other materials that inter alia :
    20. Defame or slander any person or groups of people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, or other factors;
    21. Encourage or incite violent acts; or
    22. Promote intolerance or hatred.
    23. Offensive goods which include crime scene photos or items, such as personal belongings, associated with criminals;
    24. Pyrotechnic devices, combustibles, corrosives and hazardous materials which include explosives and related goods, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials and substances;
    25. Regulated goods which include air bags, batteries containing mercury, freon or similar substances/ refrigerants, chemical/ industrial solvents, government uniforms, car titles, license plates, police badges and law enforcement equipment, lock-picking devices, pesticides, postage meters, recalled items, slot machines, surveillance equipment, goods regulated by government or other agency specifications;
    26. Securities which include government and/ or public sector unit bonds, stocks, debentures or related financial products;
    27. Tobacco and cigarettes which include cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and related products;
    28. Traffic devices which include radar detectors/ jammers, license plate covers, traffic signal changers, and related products;
    29. Weapons which include firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, gun powder or explosive mixtures and other armaments;
    30. Wholesale currency which includes discounted currencies or currency exchanges;
    31. Live animals or hides/ skins/ teeth, nails and other parts etc. of animals;
    32. Multi-level marketing collection fees;
    33. Matrix sites or sites using a matrix scheme approach;
    34. Work-at-home approach and/ or work-at-home information;
    35. Drop-shipped merchandise;
    36. Any product or service which is not in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations whether federal, state, local or international, including the laws of India;
    37. The User providing services that have the potential of casting the payment gateway facilitators in a poor light and/ or that may be prone to buy and deny attitude of the cardholders when billed (e.g. adult material/ mature content/ escort services/ friend finders) and thus leading to chargeback and fraud losses;
    38. Businesses or website that operate within the scope of laws which are not absolutely clear or are ambiguous in nature (e.g. web-based telephony, website supplying medicines or controlled substances, website that promise online match-making);
    39. Businesses out rightly banned by law (e.g. betting & gambling/ publications or content that is likely to be interpreted by the authorities as leading to moral turpitude or decadence or incite caste/ communal tensions, lotteries/ sweepstakes & games of chance;
    40. Businesses dealing in intangible goods/ services (e.g. software download/ health/ beauty Products), and involved in pyramid marketing schemes or get-rich-quick schemes;
    41. Any other product or service, which in the sole opinion of either the Acquiring Bank, is detrimental to the image and interests of either of them/ both of them, as communicated by either of them/ both of them to the User from time to time. This shall be without prejudice to any other terms & conditions mentioned in these Terms of Use;
    42. Mailing lists;
    43. Virtual currency, cryptocurrency, prohibited investments for commercial gain or credits that can be monetized, re-sold or converted to physical or digital goods or services or otherwise exit the virtual world;
    44. Money laundering services;
    45. Database providers (for tele-callers);
    46. Bidding/ auction houses;
    47. Activities prohibited by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India; and
    48. Any other activities prohibited by applicable law.
  • The above list is subject to additions/ amendments (basis changes/ amendments to applicable laws) by TECHNO EDGE without prior intimation to you.
    • SOCIAL MEDIA PROJECTS
    1. TECHNO EDGE takes social media projects for posting creatives made of images and/or text or videos on behalf of our clients. The images used are either provided by client or licensed stock images procured by us. While we take full precautions, but in no event shall TECHNO EDGE be responsible or liable for any errors, mistyping, copyright issues, royalty issues, unknowingly making religious mistakes including direct or indirect damages, losses, loss of profit, revenue, data incurred by you or third party by the posts.    
    2. It is the responsibility of client to make us aware of an error or mistake in the post which shall be duly removed (if live) corrected and reposted.
    3. TECHNO EDGE will only be a manager of social media accounts and not be responsible for any hijacking, hacking of the same if in anyway our passwords are illegally compromised.
    4. All advance payments to any type of social media services is non-refundable if project has already started.

      

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNO EDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE OR ANY OTHER SITE HOSTED ON OUR SERVERS OR BY WEBSITE DESIGNING & DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, GRAPHIC DESIGING PROJECTS, ECOMMERCE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES, SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION AND MAINTAINANCE, SEARCH ENGINE SEO AND PROMOTION AND ALL RELATED ACIVITIES.

    ANY LIABILITY IF EVER ARISES FOR DOMAIN, HOSTING, WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA, CONSULTATION WILL NOT BE OVER Rs.500/- (INDIAN RUPEES).

    ALL INVOICES ARE SUBJECT TO JAIPUR JURISDICTION ONLY  

    THE CLIENT AUTOMATICALLY AGREES TO THE ABOVE ON PAYMENT.
    THE SAME IS ALSO MENTIONED IN INVOICE.
